As a reminder, Mickey’s Halloween Party runs on certain dates between August 12 and October 31. For a complete guide to Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party (MNSSHP) see my article, The Return of Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party.

NEW: Disney’s Not-So-Spooky Spectacular Dessert Party. This just-announced event for watching the night time fireworks show, like other dessert parties, will be held at Tomorrowland Terrace on certain dates. Special treats for this event will include Pumpkin Cupcakes, Chocolate-covered Strawberries, Cheesecake Mousse, and Pistachio White Chocolate Crunch Bar. Guests can start booking this event online on August 9. There are two options for the viewing party, each of which will require an additional cost on top of the MNSSHP hard ticket. Both options will include a buffet and Halloween-themed treats, but they differ when it comes to where guests will view the fireworks:
- Tomorrowland Terrace Seating Area View of Fireworks: Price: $115 (including tax and gratuity) for Guests ages 10 and older; $69 (including tax and gratuity) for Guests ages 3 to 9.
- Plaza Garden View of the Fireworks. Price: $99 (including tax and gratuity) for Guests ages 10 and older; $59 (including tax and gratuity) for Guests ages 3 to 9.
That is a lot to digest! (Literally.) At first blush, I am most intrigued by the Pain and Panic Hotdog and the Binx Pastry Tail. Oh, and I absolutely NEED a Zero popcorn bucket, stat. Also, I think this is a good spread of availability between regular park hours and the MNSSHP event, which ensures everyone partakes in the Halloween fun. The jury is out on whether the Tomorrowland Terrace fireworks party is worth the extra cash on top of the ticket required to attend MNSSHP.
