Enjoy the view while you can! The iconic lobby at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort is finally undergoing previously-announced renovations.

Though we don’t know exactly what changes are being made, Disney promised enhancements. Construction will last through 2024.

The other day a Cast Member told us that—according to rumors—the updates will consist of Princess-inspired accentuations, similar to other recent updates to the Grand Floridian.

As a reminder, the updates to the Grand Floridian Resort began with the change from Mizner’s Lounge to the Beauty and the Beast-inspired, Enchanted Rose Lounge.

Later, Cítricos received an update with classic Mary Poppins-inspired decor. Additionally, rooms at the resort reopened last year with Mary Poppins updates as well.
